Lokanta 1741 is located between the two domes of the Cağaloğlu Hamam, the last baroque hamam that has preserved its existence and texture for 300 years, in the historical peninsula of Istanbul, where it remains faithful to its roots.

It offers flavors that associate all joyful tastes with olives as a respect to the hamam that has been heated by burning olive seeds for 300 years and to the immortal tree that gives this special fruit.

Lokanta 1741’s menu, which is prepared by nourishing the eating and drinking habits of our neighbors who we have lived together for centuries on the same land where we belong, combines many traditional, universal and innovative cooking techniques. The fact that each dish in its menu, which is in harmony with its style and taste, has a different story, makes its dishes unique and creates a whole with the variety of foods in its presentation.

The sole purpose of Lokanta 1741, which serves both à la carte and tasting menus, is to crown these special moments spent by all its guests in the courtyard with sincere and sophisticated Turkish cuisine, and to provide an unforgettable tasting experience at the same time.”
